Computational Cartography

Lancer Press was founded to solve a critical friction point in prime real estate: the disconnect between raw spatial data and luxury print aesthetics. Standard GIS firms produce analytical data that is visually unsuitable for pitch books, while luxury graphic design agencies lack the mathematical rigor required for true spatial masterplanning.

The studio is directed by Andrei Ulanov, a computational mathematician (Ph.D. eqv.) with fifteen years of experience engineering high-performance spatial rendering pipelines for global maritime navigation. To achieve absolute precision, we do not rely on off-the-shelf design software. Lancer Press operates on a proprietary C++ spatial engine, engineered from scratch to parse raw urban geometry into FOGRA47-calibrated masterplates.

By operating a highly centralized practice, we maintain absolute quality control over every vector line we render. Every folio that leaves the studio is mathematically calibrated to the exact specifications required by the boardrooms of Knightsbridge, Mayfair, and the City of London.
